We visited on a Sunday for lunch. We arrived around 12:00 and there were only a few tables occupied. By the time we finished, the dining area had filled up a little, but there was no wait. We decided to order just appetizers to share because we didn’t want full meals. Well, we probably ended up with more food anyway Our waiter was attentive, and the food was absolutely amazing! We had vegetarian lettuce wraps, dynamite shrimp, egg rolls, and dumplings (fried). So good; all of it! Considering the restaurant was relatively new, I would have thought it might be cleaner. There were so many crumbs all over my seat before I sat down that I had to brush off the seat; I mean, a lot of crumbs. I would have expected the person seating us might have said,”Let me take care of that,” or maybe reseated us, but nope, he just stood there and watched me. Also, the entryway carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a month. Overall, it was a good experience, but I think the seating staff and the cleaning crew may need a bit more training for this type of restaurant. The food is a little pricey, so service and appearance should reflect that. Also, the wait staff’s station was right next to our table. I couldn’t get out of my seat because someone was squatting down while stocking it. I just thought it should have been somewhere else. ‍♀️

First time at this location and the service, atmosphere and food were excellent. We ordered a bottle of wine and enjoyed our dinner. The lettuce wraps and king Lao chicken was off the charts good. The pad Thai however seemed to be missing something though but not bad and that is a Thai dish after all. We will be back

Well, the place was packed but the staff were doing their best to maintain it clean and organized. We had a reservation, so it didn’t take long to be seated. I mentioned to the waitress my seafood allergy and another staff member brought the detailed menu with the food that I could eat. No explanation at all, he just put it on the table. They were so busy, that it took forever to bring a second beer to my husband. The chocolate cake was delicious but we had to wait like 10 minutes for two spoons. I think that they need more staff, because the poor girl was confused with so much stuff to do. It’s pricey for the amount of food served and to be casual dining. I’ll give 4 stars because of the service and the prices.

This was my first time eating at PF Chang’s. I played it conservative and just had chicken lettuce wrap for the appetizer, which was very good all, be it a little messy. For the main course, I ordered the Orange Chicken with fried rice as a side. All the food was excellent and our waitress was fantastic. We will be back for sure.

Atmosphere is great here and as excited as I was to get a PF Chang’s nearby, I was disappointed by the service. I liked our server, she was sweet but our plates were just never picked up for some reason. We kept piling them up to the side hoping someone would see it and grab it since we were running out of room. We even ate our desserts with our appetizer and dinner plates stacked up on the side. Food was good but I have never had that many plates left on the table without anyone coming to get it for as long as it was. Disappointed. This was shortly after its grand opening, so maybe they have worked things out but one thing that really bothered me was offering me a free dessert if I wrote a 5 star review. Not biting… (no pun intended). Just makes you wonder how many of these ratings are authentic.
