Love this place and their food. That’s why I rated it so high even though I have some concerns. I’m a regular. As busy as they are , they are consistently very understaffed. Also I place online orders and pay in advance. It would be nice when you do that if there was a pickup and go shelf when the order is ready- like at most every other place- instead of having to wait in line to get the food you paid for. I love it here and will continue to be a Loyal customer, but I hope someone with PFC sees this review and my suggestions.
