We placed an order at 6:00 for delivery at 8:00 and at 8:15 called because we had not received a $100 order. They said door dash had not picked up the order. We did not use door dash. That was their choice. We called back at 8:40 because we had still not received our order. They suggested we come pick it up because they do not have delivery people on Mondays and Tuesdays. They said the food had been ready since 8 but door dash had not picked it up so we had to cancel the order. However to follow up the manager called and made this entire situation positive. Tonight he brought our entire order to the house free of charge. It was incredible. The lettuce wraps, chicken lo mein, Mongolian beef and chocolate cake were delicious. We are so thankful for their kindness and excellent food. It was a splendid surprise and we thank them so much!

I’m sure when you order and eat in the restaurant, the experience may be better, but my experience after ordering delivery from here twice has been very mediocre. For the price of this food it should really be better quality. My Mongolian beef bowl had a total of 4 pieces of steak that were cut unevenly and were extremely chewy. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

Save yourself $20 and a trip to sonic after due to hunger, by not buying food here. I got chicken fried rice and it came with 6 tiny pieces of dry chicken in it ($3.33 per tiny piece). There were also golf ball sized pieces of white rice in the dish that were never even mixed into the sauce. Seriously, Panda express at 3pm in the afternoon would have been 10x fresher. I have never had a bad PF Chang’s experience, but wow this one was horrible.

Very disappointed in a VERY apparent money grab since now the lunch bowls have added filler vegetables and hardly any meat. Instead you have to order a 25 dollar main entree which conveniently does not have the vegetables. They must truly think we are stupid or desperate. Either way I won’t be eating here for lunch anymore.

Got lunch delivered. Rice was warm, but Mongolian beef was cold, tough and dry. Seemed like it was cooked a while ago. Not my usual experience with PF Chang’s. Was disappointing as I don’t order out much anymore, so this was supposed to be a treat.

I never heard of PF Changs take out. Drop in, order and out you go. Cooked fresh and fulfilled my craving. Chicken fried rice and it was enough for 3 meals or so… (it had quarter size chicken and probably could’ve used a few more pieces) otherwise, yummy!!
