I was in somewhat of a rush and needed to grab lunch on the go. Pf Chang’s is one of my favorite places and I saw this location. I knew the lettuce wraps would be a good choice, but when I walked in and smelled the food cooking I knew I needed some chicken fried rice to have later. It was my first time at a to go location and Roc (Ron) made the visit memorable with his personality, passion for cooking, and ChiTown roots. I took the challenge and I can honestly say that the fried rice was the best I have ever had. No carrots and no soy sauce added. I ate the fried rice instead of the lettuce wraps for my lunch. For dinner the lettuce wraps were amazing as well. Thank you Roc, I will be back often and I’m telling everyone to come see you.

The Chef (Rock) is the best cook. He puts his heart and soul in whatever he prepares. I hadn’t been to this location in about 4 or 5 months and out of nowhere, my daughter remembered how good the chicken and shrimp lo menu was. I went there and placed my order, I got home and was thinking to myself that I’ll just eat half and save the rest for tomorrow. Once I got started, I didn’t stop until it was all gone. It was the best lo mein I ever had.

Ordered online which was easy. Arrived in about 15 minutes. My order was #2 of 4 on the screen. There is no one to greet you. Someone walked out after a couple minutes looked at me but said nothing. Then went in the back again. A few minutes later an order was placed through the window. No call out or anything. It was not mine. Mine came shortly after. Once again no call out or human interaction. I looked and saw my name on it. Went to pick it up. The same person was stand in the back by the window and again did not acknowledge me.

This is a excellent place to order from. They get to you quickly and the customer service is outstanding! Food is incredible.. I usually order combination fried rice. The rice is sometimes seasoned and sometimes bland however Soy sauce or Teriyaki sauce fixes the issue of bland. The combo fried rice always has the perfect amount of meat in it. I also order BBQ OR DRY RUB Ribs. Let me say, the ribs are absolutely incredible! Ribs come with a side of spice slaw that has the right amount of Seasoning and crunch! I recommend a lovely take out night from this restaurant.
