I’m originally from the south and I approve this BBQ. I’ve had a lot of different BBQ in the past and this is one of my all time favorites! Much better than local chains, and the owners are great! It’s also located super close to the office so we can get it and go, or eat inside the pub which is right there. So far everything I’ve tried has been great, and I like that they let you sample the food.

Haven’t had much barbecue in the PNW but this is by far the best there is to have here. Every dish is full of flavor and the owners and staff are kind and greet you with a smile. I ordered the Mac and cheese, collard greens, ribs and a hot link and everything was perfect! It’s a must visit!

Best bbq truck! I love the variety of food they have. Everything is so flavorful, and the meat is tender. And you can’t forget the cornbread cake! The brown sugar on top is the perfect touch. On top of the great food, the owners/family are very friendly! 10/10 would recommend. The food definitely lives up to the slogan!

The owners are always there and super helpful and friendly. Super warming people. I tried the special pulled pork sandwich and it was just as expected 5 out of 5! I am so happy that Beaverton is upgrading their local food game! This area has NEVER had such a variety of dynamite food. BBQ on a beautiful day yesterday was literally perfect and took my day to the next level. I will def be coming back! Oh and I also love that they have made it easy to get their food by adding delivery options as well! Check out the antique mall that they are parked in front of while you’re at it because it’s one of the coolest if not THE coolest vintage mall we’ve ever seen…!! Thank you guys for an enjoyable experience and for providing soul food made with love.

These must be bought reviews or y’all have never had reall bbq. Bc i waited 45 mins for them to open to recieve canned baked beans and greens. Store bought mac salad and the chicjen was boiled and had been smothered in bbq sauce to look bbq’d. We can assume the meat to the side was supposed to be pulled pork. Maybe pulled a week before bc it was hard and the ribs were tough. Even my kids wouldnt eat it. Wasted $22. Never again!

The food here is always excellent and the couple who own the truck are super nice. We go here at least once a week because it’s that good. The menu changes based on availability but everything we’ve gotten there has been delicious. My favorite is the dump truck fries. It’s so good.

Simply BBQ at its finest. We savored the pulled pork, brisket and ribs. Each was smoked with unique flavors that make you say out loud, “damn thats good BBQ.” The baked beans, macaroni salad, coleslaw, and collards have such delicious tastes that your face smiles, your body jumps with joy.
