Checked out this spot on the way thru town and enjoyed everything we ordered! Got the loaded fries with chicken, street corn, and shredded beef quesadilla! All the flavors paired well and the decor has bright pops of color throughout!

Destiny was my server. Amazing experience. Bre and Jesse deserve an enormous pat on the back. The food was wonderful. Destiny herself was a joy to have as a server. I would give this place 6 stars if possible. The Margaritas destiny made was splendid. An amazing dinner experience.

We really enjoyed the drinks and the food was a nice surprise for tacos, but when we first entered a gentleman behind the bar said he would be with us shortly and took 10 minutes to bring a menu and we had to flag him down for drinks.

Today was the grand opening of P.S. Taco in West Mobile. My wife and I were looking forward to trying P.S. Taco and with my sister in law coming to town, it seemed like a great time. My wife ordered the P.S. Taco Fries and I ordered the 2 Taco Plate with a fish taco and a slow cooked brisket taco. Both of our meals were cold, the service was slow and the servers seemed hopelessly lost. None of this should be terribly surprising as they had literally only been open for two hours when we were seated. I’m not completely sure I’m in love with the style of Food served but being that everyone was really green, I’m not sure what I ate would be a good representation of the menu. Having said all that, I’ll give P.S. Taco another chance in a couple of months. A word of note for anyone considering P.S. Taco, if you’re expecting a place where you can load up on cheap authentic tacos, this ain’t your place. My 2 Taco Plate meal was $13. This isn’t necessarily expensive for a meal out but it isn’t exactly cheap Mexican fare either. My advice is to give this location time to gel as a team, hone their skills and realize that excessive salt is not their friends.

Got the pork belly taco salad, very good. Got there at 1pm, by 2 they started picking up. Service was attentive and timely. Did not have to wait long for food. Taco salad is very large.
