I spoke with Matthew Harper over the phone to discuss food options for a work luncheon. Some of my co-workers have dietary restrictions. He was able to make accommodations without any hesitation so the entire staff can enjoy all the food. He catered all the food and dropped it off to my work on time. For 70+ people we had plenty of food and some leftovers. We ended up getting trays of smoked brisket, spare ribs, smoked chicken wings, with sides of smoked mac n’ cheese, green beans, coleslaw, and baked beans.

I was recently at the bbq competition and got the brisket Mac and chesse bowl. I am giving them a 1 star due to the quality and price of the food. The al la carte item came in a very small bowl. The Mac and chesse had no chesse. The brisket was better then the Mac and chesse.

Ran into these guys at the local VFW. These guys can cook! Everything was fall off the bone, they had multiple home made sauces to choose from. The slaw was so good I took some home with me. And of course, you can’t go wrong with smoked Mac n Cheese.

Mr. Harper certainly knows how to smoke some meat. We got the spare ribs, bbq chicken and pulled pork meals with coleslaw and smoked mac & cheese. Chicken was juicy and flavorful and the spare ribs were fall off the bone tender. Will definitely grab bbq from him again! Thanks Matt!
