I think all Asian restaurants in the Springfield area need to take notes because that was awesome. Egg rolls were done perfectly chicken fried rice was perfect. Chicken was tender with a light crust instead of the usual gelatin consistency I come across here.

PaChan’s was parked out front of my job the other day, so my coworkers and I all got it for lunch and raved about it to our customers the rest of the day. We all got different stuff and all enjoyed! Been looking for really good Chinese in Springfield since I moved here a few months ago and this place ticks all the boxes for me! The general chicken has a kick but is quite flavorful. Very good rice as well. Definitely some of the best if not the best crab rangoons I’ve had as well. Will definitely be trying more from them soon!

Pa Chan’s: This is a great little food truck on west republic road that offers delicious Chinese food at a great price! I’ve eaten here a few times and I’ve not been disappointed yet. He’s always happy and offers great service, gets the food made quick at a great price! The very first time I ate here I rolled in at 8:01 (I didn’t know they closed at 8) he had already locked up the truck but as I was turning around to leave he flagged me down and said he’s open back up. I told him no but he insisted! I’m a customer for life!

I drive daily past Pa Chan’s and decided the other day to stop and try it out. I’m so so glad that I did. Having never been before I’ve taken the opportunity to try multiple things on the menu and I haven’t had a bad one yet! Pa Chan’s has some of my favorite Crab Rangoons. I’ll definitely be back often!

Holy smokes, this place was awesome. My wife and I decided to try it out since her favorite place (China Star) closed. She got the cashew chicken, and I got the orange chicken. I love the fact that the sauce comes on the side, especially since we took it home; the chicken didn’t get soggy. The rice was good, no complaints. The egg rolls we really good too. I did see in an different review that the spicy really means spicy. The orange sauce had a kick, so I would drown the chicken in it if you’re sensitive to spicy things. Don’t get me wrong, the orange sauce was great, just dont be surprised with things being spicy.

If you’re looking for the best Chinese food in Springfield look no further!I I ate her tonight and got the cashew dinner, The chicken isn’t chewy or stringy cheap chicken like most places in town and it is always hot and fresh, the Rice is just the perfect texture and never dry, the sauce is my favorite part they serve it on the side and it is perfect for putting on your cashew chicken or I also use it to dip their delicious egg rolls in. Two ate for under $20 by the way!! 10/10 recommend. Was going to post a picture but it looked/smelled too good so I dove in!!

Food is simple but has good flavors at affordable prices. In love with their Lao steak with steam rice and their eggrolls.

I’m so surprised to have finally found a Chinese place w good, freshly fried chicken! At any other place I’ve tried in town the chicken is either hard from being left out under a heat lamp, or there’s weird chewy pieces inside or they’re huge chunks. It’s so hard to find a place that just has good, fresh fried chicken w no funny business but I found it! Finally! The sauces were good and tasty. I saw in some other reviews people complained about the portions, it wasn’t huge portions but just enough for me and I also feel like the price reflects the size. I’d say if you eat a lot just order 2 dishes but at 6.95 a dish it’s still not bad for fresh food. The owner was really friendly and hospitable. He saw I had a baby w me and ran the food to the car for us. We will be back!

We tried several items this evening: General Chicken, Papaya Salad,Pad Thai, Egg Drop Soup, Crab Rangoons & Egg Rolls. All were very good, although for me too much fish sauce was put in the papaya salad. There were generous amounts for all dishes and we didn’t have to wait long to get our food. We will definitely order again.

We were visiting from out of town and staying nearby. We decided to check out Pa Chan’s and I’m glad we did. We got the Pad Thai and papaya salad. Both were tasty. The papaya salad was a little spicy for me, but my wife loved it. Also got a crab Rangoon, which was excellent. Would recommend.
