Had given them 5 stars before but took 2 because of my most recent experience. Burritos getting more expensive but smaller and they fill the hot sauce like they don’t make enough to give you enough. Also, told them little beans and rice but gave me more beans and rice with small amount of tongue. What’s the point in ordering your way if they don’t care to make it your way, smh. Aldo, no point in ordering ahead because they still won’t start your order until you get there and pay. Can’t pay over the phone either because they do cash only. No card payments.

Burritos are good don’t get me wrong but the service is not the best. When you call in and make an order, your still going to wait 20 more minuets after you waited 15 mins to even leave to get the food. So ordering over the phone doesn’t help at all. Just go in and order.

Pablo’s Taqueria is a place worth going out of your way for. I live in Austin and have easy access to a lot of great Mexican eateries and I put Pablo’s Carne Guisado burritos at the top of my list for Carne Guisados. Stop by when your are passing through Waco, you won’t be disappointed!

We got the breakfast burritos and they were SO GOOD. The tortillas were delicious and one breakfast burrito was plenty for each person. The staff is kind and helpful. If you want delicious tacos, this is the place to go. When we were there, they were cash only.
