One of the owners greeted us right away and was friendly, gave us a little history background of how they started. I got the smash burger and carne asada fries combo and it was amazing! Not too spicy just enough kick. Sauces on them were absolutely delicious and everything is made from scratch except the fries but it doesn’t take away from the flavor. My husband got the barbacoa grilled cheese and carne asada fries. Which is a little bit more spicy but it’s great! 10/10 would recommend. I love supporting small businesses and this is definitely one of them, it’s ran by the the family and you can tell food is made with love! Glad it’s close by I’ll be back for sure!

I happened to be in the area, so I stopped by, and man, I found another great hole-in-the-wall restaurant. Customer service was some of the best I’ve EVER received. I honestly felt very much at home. Since it was my first time here, the employees kindly walked me through the menu. I ended up ordering the Kelly Burger and the Smash Burger. They were so dang delicious, and their own sauces added a good kick to ‘em too! I can’t wait to go back; this place is a new local favorite. I HIGHLY recommend anyone in the metroplex to stop by.

On our first visit to Pacheco Taco N Burger we tried the smash burger with fries, barbacoa grilled cheese, the 4 tacos de asada with everything on them (cilantro, onion, drizzle of avocado sauce and sour cream and lime wedges) and the 16oz horchata and jamaica bottled drinks and man, EVERYTHING was so good! This place is inside a convenience store, so there’s not much seating (many orders were to go), but I appreciate the fact that they keep their area clean and free of dust. The food has a unique and great flavor. The tortillas for the tacos are thin but they hold so I wonder if they make them fresh we enjoyed everything we tried and I’m looking forward to trying the rest of their menu, their horchata coffee, aguas frescas (pineapple, cucumber and jamaica with pineapple ).

This is my new favorite spot to eat at or get food to go. Everything is fresh and always garnished with fresh ingredients. Food is so good you know they put all their love into it. We got their mouthwatering barbacoa tots, barbacoa salad, chefs special: the Kelley burger, and their refreshing agua fresca: tamarindo. We will be back very soon! 10/10 recommend!

This resturant is truly a hidden gem that is conveniently located inside the gas station. I loved the vibe and cleanliness of this resturant. The staff was friendly and attentive and they even let us sample one of their agua frescas de ube horchata which I will be getting next time. The food and agua frescas were delicious and affordable. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Amazing little spot! Employees were thorough in explaining the menu and very kind. The food was amazing! It smelled so good I forgot to take a picture until I was halfway through. Me and my friend both got the Smash burger with carne asada fries, absolutely the bomb. Will be back!!!
