I went in on a busy Tuesday night recently. I was told my order for two burgers would be 30-40 minutes. After an hour and seeing people who ordered after I did get their food I went to check if I’d been called, my buzzer was broken, or what may have happened they frantically said they were sorry and would have my food ready in 10 minutes. I walked back to my group and waited 15 minutes and no buzz. I walked back and they seemed very frazzled looking for my order and found they misplaced the ticket under a pan. They told me again it would be 10 minutes and I said I’d just wait right there at the window as I’d now waited well over what was acceptable. My order came up at 9 minutes and they offered a whimpy apology. Clearly they weren’t organized what-so-ever and in my opinion don’t know how to run a business. Won’t eat here again.
