The Ohana Cafe lives up to it’s name in making you feel warm and welcomed into the family as soon as you arrive, and the food can speak for itself. The Mac salad was the best I ever had! The banana lumpia was a treat since I never tried the banana version before (so delicious). Banana bread was moist and flavorful but I miss having chunks of walnuts in it, otherwise it’s wonderful! White rice was perfect. I ordered a truffle and was presented with a box of several different colored chocolates. The employee could not tell me which flavor any of them were and seemed a bit confused and uninformed to products and such when I was ordering. The Kalua pork was absolutely horrible. It’s was all fat and skin and no meat. My cat wouldn’t even eat it. It was heavily smoked with too much smoke flavor. I also had the chicken, it was dry as a bone (like wood). I know I’m a new customer but I am local and you should not do someone bogus like that. I will definitely not be a repeat customer.
