The restaurant is okay, there’s was no waiting time on a Saturday. I decided to try Pacific Rim for my birthday dinner, we got our appetizer, we ordered our food, then the power went out, the whole restaurant went dark, that day it was raining really hard so they decided to packed our food to go and closed the restaurant. The waitress were very kind, and they were checking on everyone, making sure everyone was okay. Overall, it was a good experience. Or a new one should I say. I will try it again soon.

The waitress was absolutely wonderful! However, there was a dead fly in my sushi. Wings and all. Didn’t want to make a fuss however, I did expect the sushi roll to be taken off the ticket. It was not. They offered a free desert. When I got home the desert was not in the bag. What the heck?? Probably won’t go back or refer… but the waitress was awesome ❤️

When i first walked in and approached the hostess to ask for a table i saw the manager who came up for a minute, looked up and down at me and then walked away. Not even a welcome or hello. I was sat down and was looking around to see where my server was. Waited 30 minutes, my server not in sight. Many servers passing me by until I wave one and ask where is my server. Id like to order a drink. Placed my drink order with that server and a few minutes later my server Bella came with an attitude and introduced herself and I told her I Placed my drink order with another server and she said with an attitude “I know”. I was looking for the manager to voice a complaint and didnt see him no where in the restaurant. I got my drink and placed an order for an appetizer and sushi and thought to stay and hope for the best. I had a lady named Maria who’s name I got later from a server, ask me if everything was ok. I told her my complaint and she apologized and was very nice and even comped me a drink which was not necessary but greatly appreciated. I finally saw the manager about an hour later and he had a different shirt and pant. So I guess going home and changing clothes is more important than taking care of the restaurant. I don’t know if he was made aware of my complaint but I never saw him come to my table. Maybe Pac Rim needs to make Maria the manager because I don’t think the current one really cares about the restaurant or the patrons in my opinion. Needless to say I did finally get to enjoy my drinks, appetizer and sushi that I ordered. And even though out the whole service my server had the attitude I still tipped her the minimum 20 percent and not a penny more and I always tip well over and beyond the minimum up to 100 percent depending on the service I get. I would probably ask next time to be seated with Maria or an seasoned server that doesnt have an attitude and wants to work and make money. I would of gladly given a 1 star but the second star is for Maria who apologized and was very nice and made sure I got taken care of.

Service was Good. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was just OK. I had the Dry Aged Rib eye and the taste was ok. Nothing special no real seasoning. Had a good experience but for the price its not worth it in my personal opinion.

Wow, this establishment should stick to cooked entree’s and not sushi or rolls. Nothing was fresh or prepared correctly. Service was horrible on top of being way over priced for the quality. Stick to Tokyo steakhouse if you feel like having fish! They have better quality and the sushi is fresh! Just looking at the yellowtail, you can see the quality of the cut and freshness. Absolutely TERRIBLE, I wish I could give it 0 stars! Don’t waste your time money or stomach. Thank you for severe food poisoning from the poor quality !!!
