I have been buying at this place for the past 13 years, and pizza is always delicious. Actually their pizzas got better these past months which makes the pizza one of the greatest!! . You have to try it yourself. The price is right for it’s great quality, compared to other pizzas in town. The Pacifica salad is always fresh. I don’t know why the negative reviews possibly the other pizza competitors trying to make them look bad. If the place is bad as the comments above then why so many people on the phones taking orders, and inside the store etc? . There wouldn’t be 15 employees working at the same time. People must understand that this says that the place has so much demand because its good!!!

Time to get new workers, every time I call they either never answer or when they do they put me on hold and hang up on me. I called back and the same girl answered rudely. Sounding upset that she had to do her job while taking my order. No “hello”, just “pick up or delivery” “name” then hung up after telling her the order. Date is Friday June 16, 2023. I called at 5:18pm, the manager should see who answered and have a talk with them

Don’t come here if you like customer service. Long hold times over the phone with rude employees and long wait times after scheduled pick-up is the norm. Not discouraged by this due to their great pizzas, price, and popularity. However, dealing with inept young people with very poor customer service skills gets old pretty quickly. After repeated order mistakes and delays with no sympathy or remorse, it’s time for me to order elsewhere where good manners and professionalism are valued.

We’ve been coming to Pacifica pizza for some time now and the time we had an issue with the pizza it was very disappointing. We threw the super burnt pieces out which was about half the pizza and because of that we were offered a $5 credit for the 2 pizzas they burnt. Very disappointing and will no longer be supporting this establishment

Ordered a pizza for delivery and when asked for my address , the girl was very rude and sounded bothered that she had to be at work, I didn’t even get to finish what I was saying before the rude gives me my total and rushes me , when I said wait I want to add ranch she gave me attitude about it. Put prices on their menu because their is not one price on anything, I’m just going off what they say, and some of their items are no longer the same price on some of the google pictures for this place either…or on the menu. Best pizza in the central valley for the price. The other chains are gross. The Madera Pacifica Pizza has been our go-to stop anytime we pass along hwy-99. Just keep your order simple and have them read it back to you. Then check before you leave.
