Ursula was our waitress, and she was AMAZING! We had other people help us and refresh our waters, and they were all amazing, but she definitely went out of her way to make our night fantastic. The calamari was delicious, fries were delicious, lobster mac and cheese was good but could use more lobster. The steak was delicious, but the skin of the steak was overcooked and crunchy! But seasoned very well. Overall, it was amazing and we had a great experience. Thank you, guys, for everything.

I gave 4 stars mainly because of the great promptness and service. The food was good, but not impressive. Promptness: We were seated pretty much at our reserved time. Service: Our server was very attentive. I captured pictures of the French Onion Soup, the Lobster Bisque, and the Chocolate Dome dessert. Overall, this was a very good experience.

Everything was absolutely astounding! We came as a party of 4 for a birthday party! From the front to the back everything was exquisite. Ralph, our waiter, was very knowledgeable, from the resort to the menu he has it down to say the least. Not to mention his service could have not been any more pleasurable. The environment was very calm but not too quiet. Last but not least the kitchen, the food was cooked to perfection every dish and even side dish. I would highly recommend this hidden steakhouse in Innisbrook!

Great food and very friendly staff. The manager is very attentive to customers. Food service is quick and there is a nice selection of steaks, seafood, and salads. I recommend trying the salmon with candied gigner yogurt. Absolutely delicious. Fish is moist and flakes with a fork.
