The food was great and the employees were kind and courteous, food was great. I got the half pack burger which is a half pound beef patty with onions tomato mustard and pickles. I got mayo instead and no pickles. Very delicious burger. Good Mac and cheese. And I got one slice of brisket. Very good brisket and goooood bbq sauce. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Quick service as well, my food came out pretty quickly which was cool! Will be coming back.

This place cheated us on food. In the photos you can see they charged me for a 1/2lb plate but gave me a 1/3lb plate. When I called to address the issue the manager told me I could come out there so they could fix their mistake. With gas at over $3.00 per gallon, no thanks. I am not wasting my time and gas to correct their mistake. Pac Saddle used to have the best BBQ in San Angelo, it has since gone down the drain.

Amazing food and service! All staff and the owners were so friendly and the food was phenomenal. The desserts were especially good. My sister loved their peach cobbler but once she had their banana pudding she had a new favorite. Can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu!

We have been coming here for over 20 years and it is just as amazing today as it was the first time. We highly recommend the brisket, bbq sandwiches, or the catfish plate…but the peach cobbler is the real deal. Disfruta/Enjoy!

I went online to look at their menu and the brisket plate was $11.39 so I ordered the brisket plate and a small Dr Pepper and when I got there she tells me it’s $17.73 and I ask her why is it so much when it says right here that’s 1139 for the plate and three dollars for my small Dr Pepper? She tells me well we didn’t change the prices online. How is that my fault? And she just says it’ $17.73 and so I give her a 20 and she gives me two dollars back. I asked for my . 27 and she says we don’t give change out here. Are you freaking kidding me? You’re not gonna give me my money owed back to Me? It’s the principle of the matter. Oh, and they didn’t give me no pickles or onions, no plastic ware, no napkins with my to go order. On top of that, the brisket was mediocre and the beans needed some seasoning. I won’t be going There again.

Seat yourself, laid back type of environment. Country feel for Decora. Plenty of large seating areas for non cramped sitting even with a group. Service was genuine and what you would expect from a “ma and pa” shop. The food was unique in its own way being all original from pac saddle. The meat was tender, juicy, smoky and literally mouth watering for the first 3 bites minimum. GREAT texas sheet cake for desert that was every bit the same mouth watering experience. Excellent job y’all.

It showed up in Uber Eats and I decided to give it a try. The first impression of a piece of plain white bread wasn’t good. No spread, not toasted, no butter, nothing or anything. Just a piece of plain old white bread. Thanks, I haven’t seen that before… I moved on to the green beans which tasted absolutely unseasoned. It’s so bland that my mind went blank. It’s good for meditation? Fried okra was ok. At least I could taste some seasoning. The brisket measured up to the green beans. I kept wondering when the chewing of the tasteless meat would end. The pork ribs had minimal seasoning and was lackluster as well.
