My wife and I went to this place two times in the last 4 days so far. It’s authentic, the portion sizes are good and it’s one of the more “affordable options” on Kaui. They seem to be open fairly early and stay open into the evening while most places close well before 8 PM. They have different daily specials and a huge menu. Service was quick at both locations. A couple can get a solid meal, chips/guacamole for around $50 bucks. We usually do the 3 taco meal (your choice of meats) with chips and guacamole. Both times we went they were out of queso for some reason. Overall they are a reliable and solid food option. Also, the orange sauce is a must try.

I had a chicken buritto: basically meat in tasteless sauce with little rice, no beans, no cheese, no guacamole, no taste. complete waste of $16

Best tacos on the island! I had the baja fish tacos and I was left licking my fingers throughout my meal. The fish was so succulent. Extremely tasty salsas as well. One of the best lunch I had in my trip so far. Also, a very sweet lady behind the counter to help with your orders. Thank you for a great and memorable meal.

Located in the same parking lot as the health food store, this place was a great stop for lunch. We both got the Baja fish tacos (2 for $10) which were great with the chipotle mayo. We also got chips and salsa, but don’t recommend, since it was pretty lackluster. Otherwise quick service, good tacos and nice spot!

Loved Paco’s Tacos! I would come here again and again. Super fresh and tasty. Really fun and festive outdoor seating options – entirely in the shade! The Healthy Hut Market in the same location has a wonderful selection of cold beer and wine for an excellent addition of byob. It was lovely. Definitely check out Paco’s. They even have animal friends to entertain you!

If this is “the best tacos on the island” then don’t get any while you’re here. Spent $50 on 6 tacos and carne asada fries which at $5 a taco is too much. The fish way so over cooked and flavorless it was like eating a dense rubbery sponge 2/10. The carne asada tacos were so over cooked and flavorless that my wife’s jaw was tired from chewing and wouldn’t finish them 1/10. The Asada fries were edible unlike the tacos but 1 small spoonful of salsa and sour cream is not enough for an entire plate of fries which made unfortunately still not worth getting 5/10. I would not recommend going here. Also the food looks good but doesn’t taste good so don’t let the pics fool you. I think this is the worst Mexican food we’ve ever had

I have to say, the tacos at Pacos Tacos are the best I’ve ever had! My family and I travel to Kauai frequently, and we always make a point to stop at Pacos Tacos. The flavors are simply incredible, and each bite is an explosion of deliciousness. It’s clear that the team at Pacos Tacos puts a lot of love and care into their food. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you’re ever in the area – you won’t regret it!

Food was mediocre. Everything was overpriced… $16 for just 3 tacos w meat and if you wanted extra salsa it was $4. Would not be coming back

My husband got the fish tacos, he’s been craving them since he got here. I got the chicken burrito. The food was filling and hit the spot. The sauces were yummy, if a little spicy, but if I didn’t douse my burrito in sauce, it would have been dry. Otherwise, we really liked it. It had been a rainy day, so all of the seating was wet. Luckily we are staying close by, so we could get the food to go. Good prices, good food. A really great option here on the island.
