First time trying Pad Thai restaurant. We moved to Ohio from Southern California 5 months ago, where there are quite a few excellent Thai restaurants, and a large Thai community. The food, service and atmosphere at Pad Thai can hold its own compared to Los Angeles area restaurants. I ordered a dish that had rolled tofu as the protein, a tofu variation I’ve never had before. It was excellent! The thin rolled tofu easily absorbed the yummy brown wine sauce for maximum flavor. Vegetables were fresh and the dish wasn’t greasy. They also offer healthy brown rice if you prefer. We will definitely return to Pad Thai.

Six of us went to this restaurant last Friday. The service was horrific. Waitress brought out three different dishes that none of us ordered. So wasteful. I ordered sashimi. It was the worst sashimi I think I’ve ever had. It was extremely waterlogged and flavorless. So much so I can Worried a bit that it might cause me to get sick. However, it didn’t thankfully. This place is really gone downhill. There were crumbs and food on the floor. The bathrooms the floors were sticky and the doors were covered in filth. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I don’t think I’ll be going to this restaurant anymore. In addition, they automatically charge 20% tip because they considered six people a large group. I normally tip 20% but the service was so horrific if I had a choice it probably would’ve been 15. I always thought a large group was eight or more people.

I don’t ever leave reviews but this is a health concern. This is the second time I have ordered from this company advising I have a shellfish allergy and have received food with shrimp in it. The first time I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken only. They brought it to me with shrimp in it, I sent it back then they brought a plate back out that still had a shrimp tail in it. Today I ordered Coconut Spaghetti and again advised I have a shellfish allergy. I got home and there is shrimp in it. I live 26 mins away and was not driving back in. The person who answered the phone cut me off, put me on hold, then came back said we will credit the card and hung up on me. I am not sure if the refund will post but is not reflected as of now. I will not order from here ever again!

Don’t waste your time or money. Had one waitress working the whole place. Asked for drinks for the kids and they didn’t receive them until mid meal. Asked for sauces, didn’t receive them until we were almost finished. Poor service and poor food.

Definitely not what it once was. I ordered the Thai Cornish Hen, and when I cut into it blood came pouring out. I told our server who took it to the back. About 10 minutes later she brought the same plate, with the chicken so I overcooked I could barely cut it. Chicken blood is dangerous folks, yet they brought back the same plate of lettuce the raw meat was on.

Do not eat here . This is not a Thai restaurant this is an overpriced Chinese restaurant. My Pad See Ew noodles had no sauce on them! It was plain noodles without any flavor.All they did was boil noodles and add some plain vegetables . You will regret eating here . It’s a waste of money .

This was a one star experience, though I’m giving two extra stars for past visits because I hate to bad-mouth a business we loved. Like others have mentioned in recent reviews, they don’t seem to be paying attention to orders with dietary restrictions anymore… Which is a shame, because this used to be our go-to spot. We spent nearly $80 getting food for the whole family and two dishes had the wrong proteins — one was supposed to be tofu and the other beef, but both were chicken. The kids are allergic to chicken, so the dishes had to be thrown out. There’s no easy way to get a refund for these wasted dishes, so I’m beyond disappointed in the service today.
