The mission yet continues; Jintana Kumsiri (chef Nid) as her followers know her as, will be opening at this location with her sister, Vipavadee Kumsiri, all from the Isan Region of northern Thailand. Chef Nid mission began at Corthaiyou Thai restaurant in Ditmas Park Brooklyn 3 years ago, then at Thai Farm Kitchen 2 years ago in Kensington Brooklyn, and recently at Jintana Thai Farmhouse 1 year ago in Park Slope Brooklyn. She developed and executed the menus based on her grandma home comfort cooking and her mom street food stand, with a mission of promoting the Isan cooking where the sisters were born and raised. At this new location, Pad Thai Kitchen, the two sisters will be introducing variations of regional Pad Thai for your experience!

The secret to coming to this place is during the lunch special hours! everything was delicious. The broth healed my whole body. Literally going back just for the soup! Butterfly pea flower iced tea was perfectly sweetened and so refreshing! Definitely coming back here again. I’ve ordered take out from here too the Pad Thai is delicious

Not as good anymore. I came here several months ago and ordered their hainanese chicken lunch special which was delicious and affordable. However, I came here again for dinner a week ago and it was a poor experience. There was only ONE waiter. I came an hour before closing but there still should’ve been at least 2. The place was busy. He took a while to give us a menu, I don’t blame him because he was trying his best to get to everyone. The table next to us was still messy and not cleaned, from the prior customers that dined. Our table felt sticky as well, doesn’t feel like it was properly cleaned. The food was not good, pad Thai noodles were too sticky for my liking. Chicken skewers (4) was overpriced, way more expensive than other places. It tasted pretty good but DEFINITELY NOT worth the price. Sadly will not be coming again.

The Pandan tea drink is the most recommended to me. We also had the kumquat drink, chicken curry puffs, mango salad, a specialty curry, Bangkok pad thai, seafood in coconut shell, chestnut and other in coconut milk, and Thai fried banana. Every dish was nice except the specialty curry whose name idk, was way too salty for everyone’s tastebuds. Still a recommended Thai place to go to. The lady server was such a kool person.
