This place is absolutely amazing!! Everything on the menu is great. Pretty much have tried it all. Scratch made bar food is hard to find. Not anymore. It’s here. Would recommend this place to anyone who live in and around fort Atkinson or even traveling through the area. Wish I could give it more stars. Staff is excellent as well

Great food. Great atmosphere. Great service! The soups are Amazing and homemade. The sandwiches were sooo good. The steak sandwich was flavorful and not chewy. The bread pudding was a great way to end a fabulous lunch…along with a great Irish coffee. It’s a must for food…and drink!!

We really enjoyed the food here! The place was clean & wait staff were super friendly. Appetizers: we had broccoli cheese bites & the Ruben egg rolls. Main course: Ruben/fries, side salad with grilled chicken & steak salad. Highly recommend!

I had a very solid lunch here. The Reuben was good, but it was a deli-sliced meat rather than a fresh cut in the kitchen. The steak sandwich also went down easy.

Very excited to have discovered this place! We recently moved to the area and were looking for a fun place for a good fish fry and we were not disappointed! The environment is so fun and welcoming and the food is delicious! Very kid-friendly! Fried fish was great and not greasy at all! We can’t wait to visit again!

Up visiting for the month and this is our go to place for lunch after riding the bike trail (I’m sure dinner is great, too). We’ve tried a half dozen different menu options and each has been excellent. The only small (very small) complaint was a longer wait for food one day – they were very crunched that day. Still worth any wait.

I would actually give it a 4.5 since the food, drinks, atmosphere, and wait staff are really excellent but because its a popular place and the building is older the noise level is tough to get around. Maybe some rugs on the walls or banners hanging could help dampen some of the accoustical bounce off of the walls, the floors and the ceilings? Otherwise it’s a great place to have that feeling of the old Cheers bar on TV.

Food is perfect pub fare with the Irish touch and creative chef. The people are even better. We had our son’s rehearsal dinner in the Bear Cave (basement room) and the owner and staff were above and beyond helpful and responsive.
