The Juanita location opened January 7, 1999. After waiting nearly 20 years, locals were finally able to have Seattle’s best pizza delivered right to their door. Their votes helped pave the way for Pagliacci to become recognized by The Seattle Times readers as Best Eastside Pizza in 1999 and 2000. With a renovated Juanita Beach Park and development allowing for more businesses, restaurants and dwellings, the once quite neighborhood is now a hive of activity. The store also sells beer and wine, both in-store and for take-out or delivery!

Ordered 2 slices of the Italiano , (Spinach, roasted garlic, mozzarella, fontina and parmesan over a crushed Italian tomato base finished with a sprinkle of sea salt.) dough was thin and crispy similar to Woodfire pizza and the pizza flavor was all around good but could have been better . If you have ever tried the pizza chain Pizza my heart , this place is similar to that. They also offer gluten-free options , which is great and customer service was superb.

It’s an instant one star from me when I wait 5 minutes to pickup my rapidly cooling food while the three employees doing nothing maintain constant eye contact with me the whole time and then get skipped when its finally my turn so the one employee helping customers can take care of the person that just walked through the door.

The staff was top notch. Friendly, professional, customer service at it’s best. The atmosphere was warm and very delightful for eating. The Calazoni I ordered was disappointing, sad to say, Especially for the price paid. I’ll go back again, definitely. However, this will be a special occasion restaurant.

We’re locals, and Pagliacci is our favorite pizza in Washington. We always get a margarita pizza and the pagliaccio salad. I HIGHLY recommend. This Kirkland location was awesome today. The pizza was sooo good. So perfect. They just went through a remodel and I had to get photos of everything because they did such a great job with the remodel. It looked amazing.

I ordered the Da Vito Primo pizza and two bread sticks online and requested pickup. All I can say is if you usually eat the cheap stuff, this will definitely hit the feels. I went to pick it up after only just 35 mins. There were plenty of parking spots. The restaurant was redecorated and it looks great with indoor and outdoor seating. The pizza was hot and scrumptious as were the bread sticks. Just be aware that this will cost more if you want gluten free, and you can only order the smallest size. The staff was friendly.

Well usually Pagliacci is on point. I used to get it delivered all the time in downtown. Unfortunately this location just isn’t as good. As you can see they undercooked my pizza and for forced me to put in our oven to actually get it to a point where it was enjoyable. Along with the really expensive breadsticks which are good but just disappointed with the higher cost you don’t get the better product. Maybe the remodel here is making things hard on the crew. Or maybe they were just having an off day.
