Not sure a restaurant could go any farther downhill…The woman in the front might be the rudest person I’ve encountered in a long time. Twice now I’ve ordered off their special’s menu, clearly stated it both times on the phone when ordering. The first time I was given a completely different order and was forced to prove it was printed online, where she proceeded to tell me Well its wrong, so I am not sure what you want from me. The second time I was charged for two separate dishes (not the special I ordered), questioned it, had to go to my car to pull their website up once again on my phone, and the woman said NO, that’s old! I said what, well it’s on here, she raised her voice, fought with me and then said it would be only for dinners anyway. I went back showed her the other specials are clearly labeled dinner, not this one. She then said it doesn’t matter, there is nothing I can do, and continued to raise her voice and make a scene. How bad are you hurting for employees, if this is what you want representing and the face of your restaurant. The person waiting behind me, laughed and said that’s interesting, the last time we ordered my favorite special, we too had issues, needless to say she never ordered it again. So much for the customer is always right, ironically, I was in both situations. Couldn’t pay me to go back.

I haven’t been to Pagliacci’s in years. Heard they had new owners. So happy we decided to stop in. A gentleman sat us, think he was the manager or maybe owner? Desiree was our waitress, she was awesome. I requested some menu substitutions which was not a problem at all. What a great experience we can’t wait to come back with our whole family.

Haven’t been here in several years, took my mom out for lunch, she loves all the plants making it homey and welcoming inside. Food is always amazing, we got pizza and it was so yummy then I grabbed a meal to go too. Everything was delicious!

always has been a great place to eat. everything on the menu is made to order. they make their own pasta in house. the food is so good and the wait staff are great as well. if you have not had a chance to dine at Pagliacci’s I suggest you do. you will not be sorry

Last night my wife and I were at the restaurant as we usually do about 3 times a month and on holidays. Upon arrival I asked for a specific server and area to sit. You would have thought I asked them to change night and day.We felt completely disrespected by the owner and her assistant he has been rude to us twice in a row. It seems they would rather cater to a one time group who they will probably never see again than a loyal customer. Joe G is without a doubt the best server they have he has a great personality and respect for the customer they are lucky he is part of their operation.
