I was debating on three or four stars. The service was so good you see the result. We ordered a couple of pizzas. Both thin crust. The house pizza with sausage, onions and green peppers and the chicken ranch pizza. I preferred the house pizza. We ordered a couple of breadsticks for the grand baby. I will say, the marinara that came with them was fantastic! Tangy, complex with the right amount of salt. Really good.

Waited for over an hour for our pizza. When it arrived it was completely wrong. The waitress was not very friendly or polite. We paid for the salads and ice tea but returned the pizza. Didn’t wanted to wait another hour for a replacement. We also told the manager who seemed very annoyed with the situation. Not sure if she was angry with us or her server. We have been going to Pagliais since the 1970’s. The service and food are usually good but definitely not today! It will be a while before we return.

Awesome place to host an event! Food was perfect, our server Clair took great care of us. Melissa was very responsive with emails and calls regarding the set up for our party. 5/5 definitely recommend, and always love the pizza, so would recommend for any day of the week!

I have heard several people say the food here was delicious. I truly enjoyed the food and experience. I ordered a hand tossed like crust and it was a little thicker than I personally like. Next time I will go thinner. I got all vegetable and it was DELICIOUS!!

We’ve been ordering from here for years. It’s always been loved by my family, but we just tried to order 2 pizzas that came out to $72. That same order last month cost us half that. 72$ for 2 pizzas is just outrageous.

Paglaia’s pizza is so much tastier when enjoyed in house. Tuesday has a special, so the dining area was full, but the servers had perfected their running technique. New menus that looked easily sanitized. I sure would have preferred to have prices on them, though. Too many people here are budget wise and need the prices up-front.
