The pizza was disappointing and pricy ($17 for a large) though I can’t speak for the other food. Ordered a double pepperoni but the pepperoni was small cubes rather than traditional round slices and there didn’t seem to be a double portion. The pizza is also cut into tons of small squares rather than triangular pizza slices so I felt like a little kid eating pizza at a birthday party. The pizza crust is very thin but not crispy and there is very little sauce. Not horrible but I think I’ll try somewhere else for pizza next time.

Amazing pizza and garlic bread. The atmosphere is nice. Restaurant and restrooms are clean. You order and then take a number and a seat when your number is called you retrieve your dishes from the counter then return to your seat. You wait on yourself here as far as drinks, napkins, refills and silverware ( beside the beer of course.).

We’ve gone here twice as a family and the pizza is a generic version of Totinos frozen pizza. All kids behind the counter with hardly any supervision. We ordered chicken tenders, they literally took frozen tenders and ran them through pizza oven three times. They were horrible and when I told the young lady at the counter that they tasted freezer burned, her reply was “we buy them frozen so there supposed to taste that way”. Second time I bought a meatball sub, Subway is leaps and bounds culinarily above this place. It was a tiny sub with meatballs cut in half and hardly any cheese and the crushed crumbs of a Walmart chips bag. If you’re looking to waste money and leave hungry this is the perfect spot. If you want a half decent pizza go across the street to Little Caesars and if you want very good pizza drive down to Indian Lake and go to NY pie. Will not return for any reason

I love the food here. It’s hot and fresh. My favs are BBQ chicken pizza w/fresh sliced tomatoes, meatball sliders (BEST), and the calzone. My husband loves the lasagna and their chicken wings. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because many times I order takeout and get it home, and my order is wrong. Today they left the pesto off my calzone, my husband ordered mild wings and they were hot. Lesson learned…ALWAYS have them repeat and confirm your order, then check it before you leave. Other than that I have no complaints.

The pizza was just OK. I ordered the mucho macho and it didn’t have much flavor. The sauce was forgettable or non existent. The cheese was also just cheese. Not worth 20.99.

One of the employees were awfully nice. I forgot her name. She helped me and was patient because I did not know the menu. It was Vicky or Vic something. I had just arrived in Nashville from San Diego and this was the first restaurant I tried. She made my experience absolutely fantastic! Great service, fast, and delicious food.

Ordered loaded breadsticks (pepperoni and cheese) and a farmhouse pizza. Pepperoni was barely visible and not at all detectable on the palate. The pizza was supposed to be ham, onions, and green peppers but was loaded with tomatoes and the crust was like cracker. Ham was invisible. This is our third and last visit to this place.

Showed up at 8 for family dinner on moving day so we were tired and starving. The sign on the door says they close at 9:30. We got the kids unloaded and walked up to the door and we’re met by some employee saying they were closed. Back to the car with our hungry kids we went. We probably won’t be back. If you are going to close early, change your website and door decals.

I worked here for several months and can honestly not recommend it to anyone. Sure the food is good, but the management doesn’t know how to treat their employees, and the sanitation is sub-par (the 100 health rating is honestly a fluke. The health department gave warning before coming.) I have personally witnessed cooks going the entire night without washing their hands, the dishwashers picking dishes off the ground that they dropped and not rewashing them, as well as scraping food off “clean” dishes. Not to mention the fact that the manager is quick to yell at employees for minor mistakes failing to realize that they are just kids working a minimum wage paying job. This does not in any way speak for the other Painturo’s locations, This is just based on my experience at the Goodlettsville location. This is just a word of warning to anyone considering eating here or, God forbid, working here.
