Bar tender left us sitting there while she went to pick up another employee. Later the prime rib was like overcooked shoe leather and my friend amongst others didn’t pay for the horrible meal. I had eaten the potato and green beans so I was charged full price with no offer of any kind. Prime rib was destroyed on an old Traeger grill out the back door that anybody can access. Not safe. I’m not the kind to argue about it. I just never go back. Nor will my family. Took my money that night though. Lessen learned. Zero tip, which I’ve never done.

Service and food is delicious. Burgers must be hand pressed patties because they are thick and juicy I’ll. Will definitely return. We were made to feel like friends and the waitress treated my granddaughters sweet. lol p

Old Pour House location. Place is clean. Not too sure the staff know procedures well. The credit card machine added a couple of bucks to my bill. That really reduced the waitstaff’s tip (only gave 5 on a $44 ticket because the extra credit charge. Would have gone 10 or 15 because covid). It seemed really hinky. If it was genuinely the card company like we were told the boss needs to snatch that provider up and fix it. Food was OK. We both had prime rib. It was served decently cooked. Flavors need work, but that takes time to get right. I would probably try the place one more time to see if the get the credit thing fixed.

Love this place. Corned beef and pastrami on the ruebens. The lovely mystery bartender makes a yummy bloody Mary to pair with. They also have prime rib Friday and Saturday nights.

I took my girlfriend there for our first date for the prime rib dinner,WOW ! IT was great. We’ll come back again & again. The atmosphere was down home friendly & warm. Loved Donna she’s a great server & funny.

Was very disappointed had been there several times for great lunch, however their prime rib on Friday night was the worst piece of meat I have ever eaten. I asked for medium rare and got very very well done shoe leather, I informed server this was not what I ordered, I was told sorry that’s all we have after waiting for over an hour with only 5 customers in the joint. After I got up to complain the remaining 4 customers aslo got up without eating their meals. Maybe if the cook spent as much time in the kitchen cooking as she does hanging outside smoking and drinking with friends, she might learn how to cook prime rib instead of chef mike doing it (microwave)
