This was the single worst pizza I’ve had from anywhere…. Just look at it… “crust” was like cold raw dough. Large bare spots with no toppings or even cheese on top. I’ve had some OK pizzas from this place when I don’t feel like spending 2x as much elsewhere…. But after this one I can’t see ordering from here again.

We love Paisanos when we need and quick and not too pricey dinner. Meat Lovers is my go to and pepperoni with onions is the hubby’s. It’s always fresh and delivery is timely. Not fancy by any means but great flavor and we like their crust. We’ve also had their steak and cheese sub and mozzarella sticks. No complaints on anything!

I was on vacation and ordered from here. The food was just ok. I had a calzone my son had a Gyro. While there wasn’t anything wrong with the food it was just basic. The delivery driver forgot my drinks and insisted that I sign for my order and tip him before we would go back to get them and bring them to me. He did but he easily could have screwed me. Also guy taking the orders isn’t very customer friendly

Most of the Paisano’s are good ( van dorn and Holland) but the paisano’s in crystal city is horrible. My last two orders have been a disaster.? Want do delivery ever again, wish another store could deliver to me. 🙁

Not usually one to complain, buttttt here we go. Reached out through email and never received a response from Paisano’s either, so here’s my review. A few days ago, I placed an order for a pizza, two subs, and fries. The delivery driver first brought the wrong food and didn’t return until over an hour later with cold pizza, cold fries, and very soggy subs (this is about 2 hours now after placing my order. What bothers me is I was told I’d receive fresh pizza and fries, not what was left sitting for who knows how long. Anyway, I called the restaurant and after some resistance on their end and back and forth discussion, was told I’d receive at least 50% of what was paid back. It’s been a few days and those funds have not been received. Additionally, and not sure why, but they decided to send two random meals about 2 hours after finally receiving my initial order to me without even letting me know and all when I was about to leave for work (and also, for all I know, they were spit or something). Anyway, $60 for cold pizza and fries and soggy sandwiches is crazy, and their customer service is horrendous.

This was my second time ordering and my husband and I decided this will be our official pizza spot! We are new to the area and trying to find food gems and this is it! We ordered a medium (12” is their medium ) pepperoni pizza with regular crust and 8 medium wings. We asked for the wings to be well done and extra sauce and they were sooooooo good!!! The wings have a grilled taste and not breaded (which is my favorite) and the pizza has been fresh each time! High recommend!!!!!

This place has really gone downhill. I used to order from Paisano’s all the time, and the quality and service was always top notch, but it will be a very long time before I even consider ordering from here again. The last four times I’ve ordered, the food has arrived between 45 minutes to 2 hours late, and twice, they’ve left things I paid for off of my order.
