Paisans Pizza was started by Luigi, an immigrant to the United States, in 1985. In a small corner store in Cicero, Illinois, Luigi started making pizzas out of a household kitchen oven. His son Pete spent the next 30 years expanding the business, while also refining the Paisans brand and menu. He did this while always remembering what got us here: our famous pizza and award-winning wings. Paisans now has a vast menu providing salads, appetizers, and the same mouth-watering pizza and wings. It looks like a popular pizza place, visited first time with my friends for lunch. Right from you enter in there’s a interesting vibe and decor with a large fish tank and motor cycle wall hangings. There are different sections of seating with high and low chairs. The staff was warm and welcoming. Compared to the ambience, the food was fine, the fries we ordered were cold and chicken wings were too sour.

Our first visit today. Pizza was very good and the crazy banana dessert was awesome. Mercedes is an excellent server and her helpful suggestion about the desserts was perfect. The atmosphere was cool,but Mercedes was even cooler.

Long review coming…. Very cool place. Had a newbie server, made some errors and lacked being attentive. That’s ok though he tried hard and was pleasant. Drinks were spot on. Mine is pictured and was delicious. She had a margarita that was also very good. We had bruschetta and cheesy garlic bread as appetizers, both very good. More balsamic reduction on the bruschetta would have been great and the micro greens didn’t really add anything to the dish.

My hunny took me here for the first time & I was really impressed! It’s really big inside & the decor/atmosphere is nice. Lots of options to choose from on the menu. We got the wings & tried a sauce that was new to us called the Dragon something, it was more sweet with a kick to it. It was okie, I think we’ll do a different sauce next time but the wings were still good. Pizza was great! Drinks were good too. I’ll def come back

The location is open and modern feeling but with a subtle hint of vintage. The food is above average, but they are a little stingy with the meats in both the pizzas and their pastas. The pricing is just above average. The staff is pretty welcoming for the most part

I myself am in customer service and I haven’t experienced such an incredible customer service like hers. Our waitress was Mercedes and she was awesome!! She was super friendly right from the beginning. Only reason I’m not leaving a 5 star is because Mercedes was jumping from our table to the bar as she was constantly busy while other co workers were just standing around talking/ staring out the window while we were waiting to place an order to take out and for our bill. Nobody else was attentive to ask if we needed anything until I got up and walk to register myself. After reading some comments it seems everyone has a great experience with Mercedes, probably wouldn’t be the same if it wasn’t for her service. Thank you Mercedes!!

Love coming here for lunches with my team at work. Nice place and great food. Surprisingly they have great salads for a pizza place. Really good selection of items that should fit anyone’s tastes (hence why I bring my team here for lunches every so often)
