I gave it a five star because the food and piña coladas were excellent. They could do a bit better with the customer service, like let us know they’ll be with us shortly. Not have us guessing if they’re open or not (when they’re working on other people’s orders, they don’t acknowledge you). Also, two or three people came after we got there, and they got their orders first, somehow. One of them, I suppose they ordered over the phone, but the other two ordered through the window, so was not happy about that. Waited almost an hour for our food.
