Great drinks, super friendly staff, and great location on the square. Recently, I took my dog to the vet up the street and like to treat her to a puppy cup from Palace. They are always so nice and oblige, and made my drugged up dog’s day!

Super chill place with lots of options! It’s a go-to for a lot of people I’ve met out here. Perfect place for Lo-Fi coffee study and work sessions. I haven’t had any of the snacks/food, but the coffee is strong which I love. You can tell a lot of their syrups are actaully homemade by taste. Great place!

We have a short two day visit to Canyon and needed our morning coffee. We found Palace Coffee Company and were not disappointed. Mallory was very friendly and Lou was very efficient. We ordered two Americanos and they were delicious. We will return tomorrow on our way out of town.
