Went there today. Ordered two pizzas. They gave me one they forgot about the other one made me pay for it, then gave me the wrong size. It was supposed to be a small gave me a large made me pay for that large stuff very disrespectful when I told them about the issue they were no help. Very disrespectful pretty much acted like it wasn’t their problem.. at the front desk when I looked around workers goofing off on their phones waited so long for my first order about half an hour for exact for a pick up from my other order which they messed up on I wish I could give this establishment lower than one star because truly that’s what he deserves will never step foot in this Palace Pizza again not worth the headache in the amount of food. I had to throw out from all the pizza. Vic gave me that I paid for and messed up on truly ridiculous truly a fool deserves lower than one star

They charge a lot for a large sub and put almost no meat in it:( I waited to write this review thinking it was just a bad order but this is 5 times my sub has looked like this. The bread is completely touching and it has maybe 3 small spoon fills of meat smh.

Very inconsistent. We used to go here all the time and it was nearly always excellent. The past couple of years however they made changes. The food is all over the place. Sometimes it’s burnt, sometimes it’s not. The pizza is never as good as it used to be. The chicken caesar wrap I used to get is all giant croutons now. I would stay away. We gave it the benefit of the doubt too many times now, hoping it would be the way it was. Sadly, it’s not.

Horrible customer service. Website says they’re open until 11 tried placing a pickup around 10ish with an order in mind but when the employee working answers the phone they inform you it’s pizza only… I asked for a second so I could change my order (wasn’t going to get pizza) and they just hang up, very rude. The food here is disappointing anyway

I will just put it as is, this place isnt as good as the other places. Yes its all the same with it being palace pizza but I find that they make it differently with eachother and whats even surprising is how bad the pizza is from either places, its palace PIZZA not anything else. I usually get cheesy breadsticks and I personally like them but its either too cooked or not cooked enough, the round edges just taste like burnt and isnt enjoyable, theres also a lot of oil used and yes patting it down is a possibility but sometimes its really just so drenched. Ill also say this, I guess the last few times I got delivery, they were busy but I swear for it to take an hour and more for it when it usually wont take so long for other places, its not even far away which makes it more confusing. Im not gonna rate it horribly but I do think wait time and maybe oil reducing and a bit of recipe fix on the pizzas would be good. The subs are also not bad but I feel like whenever dough is involved in other foods, its just burnt too much.
