I am from Orlando area, but recently ate here at the recommendation of my brother. We actually were celebrating the birthday of my mother who passed a few years ago. It could NOT have been more special. Food and service were excellent! It was a wonderful place to reminese, and share a truly delicious meal. They even brought us a birthday cake to commemorate the occasion!! So thoughtful, and again, best tiramisu ever.

Aweful! Just picked up a to go order. Photo attached. I got shrimp Alfredo came with a whole whopping 5 shrimp. Zero flavor. And hardly got any food for $16.

I’m giving a 5 star review because the customer service was top-tier. I ordered a pizza with bacon on one side, and at first I thought they forgot the bacon. But I was wrong! Instead of getting upset at me the manager asked if I wanted extra cheese and basil. I was not expecting that at all! This is my new favorite pizza spot!

My family and I came to Palace Southside for NYE and were extremely impressed with everything from the atmosphere, food & drinks, and customer service. The restaurant itself is tucked away in the corner of a plaza but very well kept. The atmosphere is very Italian from brick facade to the open kitchen and the family style seating. I had the Arancini as an appetizer and all I can say is WOW. These bites were flavorful and crispy. For my actual meal, the eggplant rollini was delicious. Everything that everyone got seemed very authentic and everyone was extremely pleased with their meals. The customer service alone is also amazing. Very attentive and extremely Italian. Speaking to us in not just English but also italian and just being extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great taste, service and overall experience. I felt like the staff and management really went the extra mile to make sure we were made to feel welcome and were satisfied with the food. I have seen this place get great reviews in some of the local Facebook foodie groups, now I understand why! My wife and I will definitely return!

I had high hopes for this place because of the reviews, but honestly i was dissatisfied with the flavor quality of the food. Granted, we did go pretty near to close. The service was nice and the ambience was comfortable. But overall for the price- the food and drinks were lacking in flavor and it was really nothing special.

Have not been in a while and it was great! Had the Rigatoni Norcina which is rigatoni, sausage, bacon, and mushrooms in the light cream sauce. My wife and the walnut salad and she really enjoyed it. Service was very good.
