I had a very bad experience with this restaurant. I called the restaurant at 11; 00 am in the morning to place an order for bolones I told them that I will pick up at 12:00 ,when you entered the restaurant and ask for my order to pick uand they told me that they would have my order ready in 10 minutes, more than half an hour passed and the order was not readyp they tell me sorry that the order was never put in the kitchen This is the second time this has happened to me. Last week I went with 4 people to eat and we spent an hour and a half waiting for the food and it never came I had to pay and take it to work the service is not Good I do not recommend going to this place I am very sorry that it is my Patriots But you have to learn to serve in a restaurant

Hey, if you’re in Passaic and are looking for some delicious Dominican food, you should definitely try Paladar Restaurant, as you wont be disappointed. Food is great, service is fast and on point. Overall, very welcoming place with a very nice atmosphere. I’m from Queens but will definitely be back when I’m in Jersey.

I had a very bad experience with this restaurant. They made me wait more than an hour for a bolon and a coffee. I had to repeat my order 3 times because they didn’t even write it down on a piece of paper if I wanted to. They ignore you, they serve other people who arrive after you, very bad. experience they do not know how to take customer service

Today was the first time I order from this place and they delivered. I have been having pregnancy antojos aka cravings for weeks looking all over for the right sancocho and theirs was amazing. I have been also drinking a lot of morir soñando (Orange juice and milk) so of course ordered one from here too and theirs reminded me of the ones back home … this is gonna be my new spot from now on… can’t wait to taste other things definitely recommend.
