The atmosphere was festive and colorful. The food was delicious and hot. The island margarita and the sangria margaritas were absolutely perfect. The servers even said the island margaritas were their favorite. The servers were attentive and kind. I will definitely be back. They have great lunch and drink specials.

Finally a place that sells a good burrito. I recommend it highly make sure that they understand exactly what you want on it. The only thing I do not like is the tomato sauce looking salsa. I’m told all the vegetables are ground in there to make it into a puree. But to me, salsa is chopped onions, cilantro, tomatoes, some salt pepper. And I don’t understand the Mexican restaurants here. They seem to be serving canned tomato sauce with garlic flavoring. But if you ask for salsa verde you almost have to beg for it and then they’ll put it on the burrito and then they’ll give you red sauce in the little to go cups. I don’t want red sauce but beside that I would hardly recommend this restaurant authentic tasting and looking food in

Food is great and the employees are all kind! I do suggest to verify that your order is correct before leaving of you get food to go. The a/c inside the restaurant can be a hit or miss but don’t let that cause you to sleep on this restaurant. This is my favorite place!! The food is wonderful and the portions are good!!!! Ordered to go and picked up at the drive thru window. Halfway home owner (I assume) called me back to say he forgot to give me my chips and salsa even though he didn’t. No other place would have done that! Had chicken quesadillas. They were hot and full of chicken. For years I only ordered from another restaurant close by. These quesadillas were much better. My new go to for Mexican!

It’s our go-to Mexican spot! The service is friendly, the portions are generous and the atmosphere is very intimate and nice. Try the Nachos locos, elotes, chori dip and any of the tacos, especially: birria, lengua and carnitas. You won’t be disappointed!
