Paleo On The Go food has been terrific! However the last order I placed with them arrived damaged! I dealt with Kathi from Paleo On The Go the entire time we attempted to remedy the situation. She provided top notch customer service from start to finish with every question answered to my satisfaction. Due to the damage of my order, I was issued an entire replacement order which arrived undamaged the second time! The packaging for the food products protects the food and keeps it cold provided the box does not get damaged. The order was filled on Wednesday and I received it on Friday. Great job everyone @ Paleo On The Go and especially Kathi ! The food is great! You won’t be sorry.

I have always had great luck with Paleo on the Go and loved their food, however, I just had a problem with an order that arrived 5 days late so that by the time I received it, the food was warm and could not be saved. I contacted customer service but we were having issues connecting. Luckily, Kathi kept trying to reach me and got in touch with me and was able to resolve this. So, THANK YOU Kathi for your persistence getting in touch and helping me out. I love your meals so look forward to more in the future!

I have been receiving paleo meals for several years and they are amazing! My son has autoimmune disease and leaky gut syndrome that affected his daily functionality…the diet put him back on track and can function normally…when he goes off…symptoms return…we have done several vacations and taken the meals and snacks and he enjoyed the vacation….for me….easy,no prep,cook and live healthy!! The folks at paleo on the go are amazing also…the food is healthy and tastes great…any problems with anything from food to shipping ….they replace or refund or anything to make customers happy…..

The food is delicious. However, the additional “optional” fees they charge just to track your order (different from and in addition to shipping fees) is too much. The one time that I opted to not pay this fee, my order came with no dry ice, everything was thawed, and one of the containers was broken and leaked. When I called the company, they told me that since I didn’t pay the additional tracking fee, they cannot replace it. Despite the good being good, and paying a lot of money already for it, this is a very poor customer service policy. No other company I have ever used for anything charged a fee to track your shipment and then not replace a broken item because you didn’t pay that fee.

I love the food and have ordered several times in the past, however, very expensive. The prices just went up again and the shipping is outrageous in my opinion. What really is upsetting to me is that the company puts the liability on the customer by having to pay another .99 per item for shipping. If you don’t,… you are out of luck if the shipping company messes up by not delivering on time. I want to order again but cannot with good conscience pay this kind of money for food besides most people cannot afford this.

What a great find! The meals are delicious, customer service is kind and responsive. I love that I could pick up locally instead of just buying from some place online. It’s nice to see a business like this locally and wish more people knew about them. The convenience of not having to cook every meal myself and being able to have something AIP readily available is beyond amazing! Thanks for making yummy fast fresh food!!

I’m disappointed that there are no perks for orders on going meal service. Shipping price plus paying a protection fee in tip of pricy food. 48.99 plus the 6.95 for protection. I will be looking for a new business that doesn’t charge those type of prices. The food is already pricey. You should get a half shipping or free. I used to order in 2019 and the prices then were reasonable. I would not recommend.
