Buyer beware. Choose anywhere but here if you want all of your food. We ordered delivery with two subs, a half gallon of lemonade, and chicken nuggets for $33. We didn’t get our chips (that come with the sub). We called immediately and were assured they’d arrive in 20 minutes. An hour later we called back and were told there was only one driver and he’d bring the chips when he could. We waited ANOTHER hour and called back to see when the chips would arrive. We were told they were “refunding the money for the chips.” Let me be clear. It’s not the chips that are the issue, it’s the dishonesty.

Ordered for delivery to the hotel I was staying at. Only part of the order arrived. When I called I was told it would be delivered in 20 minutes. After an hour I called and was told they were busy and should be soon. Two hours after my order was delivered, I was told I wouldn’t get it after all and he would refund part of the order. Overall, the gentleman on the phone was dishonest and continued to rush me off the phone when I tried to ask about my order.

Palermo Pizza you really came thru. Thank you for amazing service and delivery. I asked for a 5 pm delivery and at 4:55 p.m. the driver showed up in the Lobby of an Airport Hotel who shockingly only serves breakfast. The pizza was hot and delicious. There was so much grilled chicken on my salad, yum; and last but not least the cheesecake had a container of strawberries that was really amazing. And, believe it or not, there was a tiny green saying, “we appreciate your business”.. Wow, thank you from the New Jersey girl.

After ordering for the 3rd I should of learned my lesson but I didn’t screwed up order for 3rd time. Ordered buffalo chicken sub got over cooked meat no mayo or lettuce or anything that was suppose too be on it, don’t see how they staying in business. Will not return.
