Delicious food and wonderful service! My son doesn’t like a lot of restaurants but he likes coming here I have to admit I haven’t tried much of the menu, because I can’t help but order the chicken Caesar salad every time. The ingredients are always very fresh, the romaine is always crisp. I order the half size and I always leave full!

A great place for pizza. The restaurant is located in a quite neighborhood of capitol hill so the crowd was at minimum with empty tables on a Friday night. The food and the service was great. I tried the pesto gourmet pizza and loved every bit of it. For appetizers had the garlic cheese bread and that wasn’t the best I’ve had. They have Tartufo classico chocolate dessert which I haven’t seen a lot but was worth a try. Overall I would love to give it 4.5 stars.

Liars and cheats! I ordered “Veganity” pizza from Uber eats, and it turns out it was Palermo’s selling non-vegan pizza as vegan pizza. I have severe lactose intolerance and have exams tomorrow. The salad even had cheese in it, too. After one slice I got ill, and looked up the company to find this nonsense. Beware and do not support such scummy practices!

It’s a good place to have Italian food. Plenty of seating and decor is great! I loved their Cheese Ravioli absolutely yum, eggplant starter was not for me. Garlic Bread was great too. For the price, food is worth a try!

Love a late night scam!! Ordered $160 worth of food through doordash. The restaurant confirmed our order and was more than happy to accept our money. The estimated delivery time was 30 minutes at the time we placed the order. The restaurant did not update the status of the order at any point, and said it may be delivered in 1-15 minutes – however had not left the restaurant yet. After an hour and a half (while waiting outside our building) Palermo’s reported the order as complete, however never delivered the pizza. We waited an additional half a hour after it said the order was complete, but no dice (or in this case, pizza). What kind of scam are you trying to run here?

The overall experience was great. The food was amazing. We got Hawaii pizza, four-cheese pizza, and Margherita pizza, spaghetti bolognese, lemonade, cake, cheesecake, and tiramisu. The pizza was very delicious. The only regrettable thing is that the waitress didn’t pay attention to us that we said we want to take out the rest pieces of the pizza, and she threw them away. After we asked her, she replied as if we said we didn’t want to keep them. I hope if there is any next chance to visit the restaurant, the service could be better. Also, it was hard to find a parking space, it took us like 15 minutes to get a street parking in the neighborhood.

Great pizza best in Seattle in my opinion. – Sad to say that has changed. The ladies there are super generous and attentive. Try to avoid the men employees they are completely Racist and hide behind the veil of “we would never” as a excuse. Spent hundreds of dollars with them. Regretfully. Authentic Italian restaurant, delicious food and friendly service! Very happy I found this place, helped me get thru the day as I waited for my husband to get out of surgery. I was also able to order a delicious sandwich to give him when he recovered. I will definitely come back if I’m in the area.
