INSANE wait time, I called at 11:07 and was told 40 mins, when I got in they couldn’t find the order by name OR number because they didn’t bother to get that information over the phone. I get there at 11:50, food is not done OR started . Took them approximately 7 mins to locate my order and give me a 10 min wait at that time. I finally left at 12:10 with my 24 inch pizza no apology of the wait or delay and no offer or willingness to fix the problem at hand which was the huge wait after I called 7 mins after they opened for the day or the fact that they didn’t get a name or number for the order or that there was a hour total wait on a pizza that took 10 mins to go through the oven. I don’t recommend this location and won’t use it for my works employee lunch’s anymore .

I’ve come to Palermo for pizza at lunch a number of times. My workplace is nearby, and it’s easy to walk here. The pizza is good, and they sell by the slice. It’s nothing terribly fancy, but the price is good and service is always quick. Their lunch specials are a good deal when so many places have raised their prices these days. They do a great job.

Too many mixed reviews regarding this location! I always tried to keep this establishment, at said particular location, an option; however, they cannot be trusted for quality and timely service…unless you live right around the corner, and inadequate personnel are not working that particular day.
