Came in right before close. No issues with staff. They were welcoming and kind (Cherisse)!! The pizza was Rock solid 9.5 /10. The wedding soup 10 billion /10. Stuffed shells were wonderful mixed review at the table.. so 7.5 /10. I have been craving it since we left! New favorite in Simi. Looking forward to the next visit!

Palermo has a wonderful feel to it. Very relaxing. It’s open and bright. Although filled with customers, it’s pretty quiet. Nice, laid back feel. Friendly staff. I’d certainly go there again!

Real authentic Italian food. Brenda was our server and she was Fantastic. My husband ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce and I ordered the bakedb ziti (I think that is what it’d called) It was delicious and so is the Tirmisu! You can request flavored lemonade!

The new owners of Palermo Pizza has done an outstanding job with this restaurant. The pizza is amazing! The crust is so fresh. I had a sausage mushroom pepperoni olive pizza with drinks. Price was very reasonable. I’m here to say this pizza is the best in Simi Valley. The service is very pleasant and enjoyable.

Okay listen, I’ve been here in Simi valley over 20 years and the new owners don’t have it right at all. The pizza had WAY TOO MUCH FLOUR on the bottom scrapping like a tablespoon of one slice. Too much cheese and not crispy on bottom due to flour. The wings are a soggy disaster and frankly poor quality. Cappellini was cooked correctly but the sauce left much to be desired it was bland. We had too modify it with our own Italian spices.

Absolutely horrible. We’ve been going to this place over 50 years. The new owner is an absolute wreak. The food is way different. The pizza now is way to greasy and they use smart and final products. All first street ingredients. The new owner was rude and just overall a bad place. Never going back.
