This used to be my favorite take-out pizza, but lately it hasn’t been good. We called in an order and they didn’t have lasagna or eggplant parm. Our pizza was cool and undercooked. We also ordered a large Caesar salad and it was mostly huge croutons and barely enough for two. There seems to be kids running the place that can barely look up from their phones long enough to take care of customers. Very disappointed.

So i got the wrong Pizza last time I was in. Totally refunded walked in got my Pie tonight no questions asked. The thing I love is all young kids most likely from the neighborhood working and happy and talkative. Always the nicest staff. Great Job and Merry Christmas. There were probably 5 teenagers working engaging and talking while working. U just dont see this anymore. Thank you Palermos for making great food and keeping the teenagers involved in a great business.

Possibly some of the worst Chicago tavern style pizza. The sauce is so sweet it made the pizzas inedible. The teenagers servicing it all up were disorganized and more interested with their phones than getting my order together.

Overall disappointing. Ordered pizza, breaded zucchini, onion rings. Everything arrived at room temperature. The Pizza was so cool the pepperoni grease had began to coagulate on top. Onion rings were rolled up into a bag. No one wants soggy onion rings, at room temperature, smashed into a ball in a bag. They need to use a small container for fried food.

Very little to no sauce on parts of my pizza, pieces with no sausage. It was also warm to cold and the cheese was tough….I give up on them. Used to be my families favorite. What happened?

Yet again Palermo’s in Frankfort delivered it’s best! We used them last year for our wedding and it was beyond amazing so we decided to give them a go again for my son’s birthday party and they were perfect this time too! Paul was the absolute best to work with for catering! So easy and stress free giving some good suggestions for a kids birthday party! The staff was so nice and courteous when we paid and picked up and the food…the food was exquisite! For a second time, everyone just raved about the food! The Italian beef, the chicken fingers, even down to the garden and pasta salad were done so well! We even had extra to come home with us! Highly suggest Paul and his crew for any catering you will need!

Palermos is always been a solid option for pizza. I personally like the thin crust cheese sausage sometimes green pepper. They have a little sweeter sauce which is a nice contrast from many other pizza places. I’ve also had the appetizers at Palermo’s which are good as well as a couple of the pastas. If you haven’t you should give them a try. A nice addition to the Lincoln Way area.

We had them for our wedding reception. Beyond satisfied with the catering services!! Food quality and quantity were way above expectations! The amount of food was of enormous quantity and so delicious! Guests were very impressed with it! The setup process was seamless and extremely organized. Plenty of servingware and condiments too! Would highly recommend and will definitely use again in our future parties! Paul communicated plenty before and kept me calm even when I had the dumbest questions. He followed up afterward to make sure we were happy with the outcome! Cannot ask for anything more!!
