The new owners have put their spin on the original Palios recipes and man is it so good! My family loves this pizza! We normally get a large pizza (half with green olives), but decided to try the King Kong. Holy cow! So big but so good! The salads and their ingredients you can tell are fresh! The family that now owns the place is so genuine and nice! Of course there are a few bumps, as they have just opened but they seem very open to feedback, which is amazing! I am excited for this place! Go support them, you won’t regret it!

The best pizza we ever had in Katy hands down!! The pizza was so delicious and with so many flavor could choose that we even visited the pizza shop twice in the same day once we told our kids how good the pizza was. Definitely our new pizza spot. The staff was beyond amazing and just so kind. Great costumer service.
