2 out of 3 orders for our family were delivery, but the order delivered was wrong and I had to drive to their location each time to get it fixed. The salt in the wound is that I paid a delivery fee each time and always tip very well. It is just a complete feeling of getting ripped off.

So while I normally enjoy this location, I was turned away from placing an order at 21:17. The website for THIS location clearly says that they are open to serve until 22:00. As my daughter, granddaughter and myself approached the counter, a young lady was asked to come out and talk to us. She explained that she was sorry but they don’t get paid past 21:30 and so couldn’t take our order. I advised her of the hours of operation shown on the website.

Wow!! We stopped by to pick up an order for the first time yesterday and had to go back today. So fresh and delicious! We LOVE their Margarita pizza and like to add cashews, pineapple and spinach. They also have great lunch specials throughout the week. We’re happy to have found another amazing pizza spot and know you will, too!

Really disappointed.. Had a very bad experience here from a pizza being wrong to the woman thinking I was on mute and talking very disrespectfully about me. I had called and was able to talk to the co owner who’s name is Samaha Muhammad who originally we spoke thought he was very understanding and would do the right thing and what they said they would do and give us a refund that should have came in on Monday and said if it doesn’t to give him a call, I have called him twice now with no returned call. At this point it’s not even about the money as this location is very dishonest, customer service is awful and how are they supposed to get better if the one in charge completely lies to the customer’s. Samaha if you see this I truly hope you remember how I believed you and was very kind and even deleted my first review so that your business would not take a hit from a one star. Now you have lost several customers for good.

We ordered 2 tiramisu and got home and they were completely rock solid frozen. I called up to the store and the little girls in charge of the store didn’t press mute on the phone and I could hear them saying “no I didnt give them frozen tiramisu” even though one of them already said on the phone that they freeze It. Yeah, call me a liar over the phone and I show up with frozen desert. When I went up there they were way worse in person. The kitchen cook was the only one saying he’s right, it’s rock solid. I don’t even feel like taking the time to type how unprofessional there’s little girls were (who were in charge of the restaurant) unbelievable. I actually liked their food at one point but won’t be back. These girls seem to be the only ones running the store every time we go. Very unprofessional.

Got this place thru Door Dash. Never tried it before as a prior experience seeing one of the owners mistreat the owner of a local liquor store i frequent. (Long story but she was very rude to him) so i would not visit this place because of that lady. But i decided to try it. And the food was pretty good. Baked ziti was delicious. I got multiple kids meals with smaller portions to try different items. The kids pizza was very very small though. So i did not get to try it as my kids ate that.

One of the best Palios I’ve been to very nice dining. Been going there a lot lately and I have not been disappointed at all. Specially when the tall guy is working.. they make Excellent sandwiches very good pastas and the pizza is some of the best dough I had.

Food was pretty good, especially the garlic cheesy bread. I am giving 2 stars instead of 3 or 4 because their online menu. Since the day that they first opened, their prices that they charge are more than they are advertise online. When I asked the staff about it, they shrugged and said that they were aware of the discrepancy (others had complained), charged me the higher price, and told me that they were not able to change the website. It sounds like a serious lack of interest from the restaurant to fix this issue, so I will just have a lack of interest in their food until it is done, and I would encourage you to do so too. Walking in and expecting your food to be $18 and they tell you that it is actually $22 is bad business.
