Ordered the paneer pizza and that thing has absolutely no taste other than being extremely spicy. I had asked them to put less spice as well but they still put so much it was uneatable and when I asked them to replace they said there’s nothing they can do about it. Which is really weird because why not just replace the pizza….the manager just kept repeating that and sat in silence saying nothing so i didn’t appreciate the service either. Wont be eating here again especially since a medium sized pizza is 17$

Take out Pizza. Was not in love with the Mediterranean veggie but tasted fresh. The Sorcerer was extremely spicy. The fresh Serrano pepper was actually . I enjoyed it but beware. That was my favorite pizza. The blackened chicken pasta was bland. Small amount but a huge french bread with cheese garlic spread on the side. The cheese bread is nice,.you get many options for sauces. The build your pizza option is great. They have spicy red sauce which does have a kick. We perfer Deluccas pizza over this place though. Deluccas pizzas were tastier, even the dough.

We came here at 8:30 to get a pizza and it came out super fast. However, we got home and it was very doughy and underdone. Also their sweet tea was gross. Truly disappointing because Palio’s is my favorite pizza place. I recommend the one on Legacy instead.

I would give this place 0 stars if it were an option. Either this place has an incompetent manager or a very racist one, but probably both. After messing up our order over the phone and giving us a large instead of an extra large, the manager stated, over the phone, that he would give 15% off an extra large order. My wife had to make a second trip to the restaurant to pick up a 15% discounted extra large pizza.

I accidentally ordered the pizza from the shop downtown. They called the other location and transferred the order. The pizzas we’re correct, hot and fresh. Their gluten free pizza also comes in large which is nice. We ordered two large pizzas. One gluten free and one regular with sausage. The restaurant was clean and well managed.

My lasagna was inedible. I wish I’d returned it. It was hard and like plastic. Maybe they cooked it the day before or something. My son’s pizza was tasty and fresh. My daughter loved her penne with alfredo. As a side note, if you join their VIP club and get an email for a free appetizer, you have to print out the email to be able to redeem it. I, of course, didn’t so didn’t get a free appetizer and didn’t eat the $12 lasagna. Big disappointment.
