The food was okay. I would go again. The only issue I had was that my food was just sitting there. I think the cashier who rung me up went on break and when she came back and realized I still didn’t have my food is when I saw her get my sitting order together and hand it to me. There were other workers there too. So idk what happened there……

We used to drive 30 minutes to eat here for the atmosphere, but it’s gone. If I could rate the atmosphere a zero I would. They used to play light jazz through the speakers, but music is no longer played here. All I can hear are the teenage conversations from the oven area, or it was so quiet, you could hear yourself eat. All the TVs are broken, but still when the big one is on, it’s either stuck on the main menu or we were forced to watch an infomercial the entire time. There’s free local continuous news and a weather channel on 55-1 or 27-6 that you might want to use instead. And most of all I miss the fancy organic soda drinks you used to have a couple of years ago. Also, the last few times we came, every single table was covered in trash and not cleaned after the previous customers were there after rush hour. The last time we visited we had to retrieve our own ice from a cooler. Have you ever thought of filling the cups with ice for your customers behind the counter instead of people handling and sharing grabbers? I mean I realize your ice machine was broken, but you could have handled it differently. Basically, the atmosphere is gone, and we’re not coming back. It’s not what it used to be, and has totally lost its charm.

Excellent quality food. Price was great, staff was friendly. My wife and I absolutely love eating here. I highly recommend Palio’s to anyone looking for quality pizza, way better than the typical chain restaurants. The Ralphie’s pizza was amazing! And the chocolate cannoli was excellent!!

This place was open when everyone else was closed during ice days. I am so astonished on how friendly the owner and staff is. The food is amazing! We ordered the manicotti and Ralphies Specialty Pizza. For those that love alphredo pizza, this is your kind of pizza. They are not greedy on the meet! Big chunks of chicken, lots of bacon, ham, cheese and Alfredo sauce. Will come again! Highly recommend this place.

We had an issue with our delivery order this evening. Sadly it couldn’t be handled at the store level and had to be escalated to someone that just left the store. That gentleman’s name was Will. He handled our concerns promptly and offered multiple ways of making it right. This was only our second time trying Palios and the first was only a couple days ago. This is our go to place from now on! The food is absolutely amazing! Thanks again Will!

Pizza was good but the service gave us a bad aftertaste. We came in at 7:30 pm and they let us know they were only doing takeout. This was not a big deal, but then the next 3 customers after us sat in the dining room. Our 2 younger kids were confused and it was a good life’s not fair lesson for them. Just letting you know that’s a good way to lose customers.

Ordered a medium Hawaiian Sunrise pizza and stromboli Monday afternoon. It was darn good . Its BYOB here… but there’s a soda fountain machine available or sweetened ice tea and unsweetened dispensers, if you choose. i grabbed some plates and eating utensils (just in case i needed utensils – i usually eat pizza with my hands, i get pretty savage when it comes to pizza so yummy) & grabbed cheese and red pepper shakers.. We sat by the window to look out and waited… a most welcoming patio awaits you on site, if you want to eat outdoors & catch a breeze on a nice day.
