I got a bitoque. Very good. The sauce with the rice is excellent. The steak was cooked how I like it. The table enjoyed the fried calamari. Drinks where excellent. Only complaint I have was the service was a little slow and the meals got a little mixed. In their defense the woman just bought the place and they are getting in the swing of things and the place was packed.

This restaurant was recommended to me for its great chicken. After visiting for the first time, I was disappointed. The service was bad. The waiter was clueless and careless. He picked up an olive that felt from the tray onto the table and placed it back in the little tray right in front of us. The food was not as good as I was told. The chicken was dried, the plate was simple and not appealing, and the environment was not friendly.

Great food! I had the Paella and I would order it again. My GF had the steak and she loved the wine sauce. She also loved my paella and that’s not usually her thing. For the price, the atmosphere leaves a little to be desired though. We will come back.

We enjoyed lunch here today with my cousin and her husband who have traveled throughout Portugal and are trusted authorities on Portuguese cuisine. We were pleasantly surprised with the lovely ambiance and upgraded furnishings, as we have not been there since the Covid crisis. We had the cod and pork with clams. Our entrees were delicious and authentic. We definitely want to return and try more delicacies, especially the special sandwich served only on Thursdays. Our server was very professional and just a little humorous. Prices are reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the food.
