The food is great if you love Indian food. I ordered the Chicken Vindaloo and it did not disappoint. If you’ve never had Indian food. This is a great place to try it. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys food with spices or even spicy food.

Really enjoyed the dishes we had. Excellent service. Delicious food. We had the chili chicken, garlic naan, butter chicken, and beef Ulathathu. Oh! Almost forgot about the samosas. Mango juice to drink. While we were there a good friend walked in who was doing takeout for himself and his wife. They said how much they love it too. Soooo good.

I recently visited a restaurant that left a sour taste in my mouth. The establishment was outdated and in dire need of a revamp. Upon entering, the employee at the door did not welcome us in with a smile, making us feel unwelcome. To add insult to injury, the server who attended to us seemed a bit racist and gave us subpar service. It was just us and another table, yet the server gave them better service as they were not a minority.

I rarely leave reviews anymore, but I was so mistreated here that I have to leave a negative review. It has nothing to do with the food because I’ve never eaten here. I do food delivery for a delivery service, and I went there earlier today, July 29th, 2023 to pick up an order that the app said was already ready. I even waited about 5 minutes before going because I remembered my previous encounter with the place where I had to cancel because after waiting 15 minutes, the food still wasn’t ready, and the guy gave me a lot of attitude.

This is a picture of the ACTUAL “palm palace special grill” that I was charged $21.99 for.I was ordering for the family because I was too sick to cook. As you can see, this is very disappointing. I called the restaurant in reference to my issue and I was told that the price was justified based on the level of difficulty it took to make the dish. Unbelievable.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They have the worst customer service in the world. Specially when they answer the phone, it’s like they are yelling at you. They are extremely rude. The atmosphere is dark and dungeon like when you enter. The food is disgusting and if you don’t want to get sick I would highly recommend staying away from this place.

Took my parents out for a treat. My mom said she really wanted to try it. Little did we know that it was one of the worst experiences of my life. Worst $100 spent on a 3 person meal. The quantity was smaller than a grain of sand. The quality was worse than dog s**t. They cut many corners on the food. Also the bathroom smelled like s**t. Dont recommend. Avoid “Hell.”

Restaurant ambience was dark , could be a better vibe if owner would open blinds. When walked in nobody was in the front took some time for one guy to notice we were there. No greeting after noticing we were there, just handed us menus and asked us to sit down. No good vibes from restaurant ( only reason we stayed is because it’s the only Indian restaurant near by) still while ordering food aditude of guy was like if he did not want us there. Felt like if it was a racial thing honestly. You just get those vibes from him. We ordered $100 worth of food and no thank you, no nothing but our receipt. Definitely did NOT earn a tip! Food was OKAY , meals are big enough to share. Will not be returning to eat at this restaurant, rather make drive to duluth.
