I think the root of the problem here is that this place is understaffed. There were only two servers running back and forth so it took a while to get seated despite many open tables. When we were seated, our grill plate still had some charred bits stuck to it from previous cooks.

The service was great. The lady that works there at the front is super nice and tries to be as fast and efficient as possible I felt like. The food was good in my opinion. They give you pretty good sized portions.

Great experience! No wait time at all if you come in around before dinner hour. We came here at 4pm and got seated right away. The price is reasonable for both All You Can Eat and individual dishes. There are multiple grilled combo options. Medium Combo portion is way more than enough to feed 2. Definitely come back here.

Food wasn’t that authentic. One of the side dishes had a metal thread from dish scrubbers. We had the Pork combo and the pork belly was okay. But the quality of meat for the marinated pork was not okay. Too much fat in all strips. Considering the price, quality of food, and kitchen hygiene, I probably won’t visit again. Don’t waste your money.

*THIS PLACE IS CASH-ONLY* I was a little bit disappointed with my visit here, but there is a lot to love. My friend and I split the small pork combo, and it came with everything pictured. Upsettingly, we paid an extra $5 for lettuce and it seems we got two pieces of lettuce with a slice of onion, mushroom, and sweet potato on each leaf. I was upset we spent $5 on that, especially because the lettuce was touching the raw meat. I’m unsure if they expect customers to grill the lettuce or what. The meat was good and the meal was filling, but nothing stood out to me as particularly delicious, and the prices were high. I don’t think I’ll come back, but that doesn’t mean other people shouldn’t give it a try! The small combo fed my party of two, but it could probably feed 3 people well (we were so full!).

BBQ is so-so, Japache is good. They do not serve beers for lunch. Also, we have to wait until the whole party is here, even though it is 13:00 and only 2 customer in it. Furthermore, the restaurants has a weird smell…. Not recommended.

The All You Can Eat KBBQ was good but the grill was smaller than usual. I have had better from other places in Seattle but if you’re in the area it’s worth having if you’re craving it.

Really quite a bad experience. There aren’t a ton of kbbq places in Seattle, but you should certainly avoid this one. Food was bad, service was bad, cleanliness was bad, price was mediocre, and I even felt unsafe eating here.

Bad customer service. Got seated 15 minutes after asking for help even though there were several tables open. We asked for service and was ready to order but the employees (one girl and one boy) both walked past us with a sour face and pretended to not hear us. Ordered a coke but had to ask for it 30 minutes into the dinner cause I never got it (assuming they forgot it -.-). Had to ask for side dishes, rice, water, and utensils cause it never came even after sitting 15 minutes, waiting for it. Also had the worst grill ever, took 40 minutes to cook normal THIN beef brisket. Requested to change table but they refused until the last 30 minutes but by then, we weren’t able to enjoy the food properly. Overall, a bad experience.
