This Pals used to be very quick and efficient. Last week I sat in line for 25 minutes before leaving with my food. The lady taking orders was completing other tasks between orders. I thought they were just experiencing an unexpected issue. Yesterday evening I pulled into line at 7:05 and left with my food at 7:35. Again, the young lady taking orders was completing other chores between orders. Two cars waited for 6 minutes at the pick-up window before receiving food. Two cars got out of line and left. There seemed to be ample help as three employees were standing talking and laughing as we received our order. In the past, I never say over 10 minutes when I had the same position in line. Definitely not Sudden Service. Food quality is good. Friendly service.

Not overly excited, maybe it’s just one of those places everyone goes to. Food was good fries were ok. Service was really really fast as packed as it was. It’s a hot dog/hamburger place just didn’t see what all the hype was. I’ll stop at another pals in sure. It wasn’t bad. But it waa just a hotdog to me and the misses.

Been eating at pal’s for about 20 years and the food is always awesome. This time was the slowest I’ve ever seen with hardly any traffic and the 1st time they ever crammed everything, ( double pal, big pal, Jr burger, hotdog , and 2 large fries), into 1 bag crushing the hotdog on the bottom. My guess is that it was a training day. Pal’s is about the only restaurant that could do that and I still eat it.

Heard there is new management, and it is obvious there is a severe lack of leadership. It is inexcusable how inefficient the business is being ran, way past the point of embarrassing. I remember what this place used to be capable of and I miss it. Nice way to ruin one of the only successful fast food restaurants in the area.
