Food spilled on the floor(beans or coffee?) there were only three tables occupied; we stayed at least for one hour and they never cleaned the floor. I asked for the manager/owner and the employee didn’t give me a straight answer. I’ve been coming for more than 10 years and the quality of the food and bread is always good but I won’t recommend anyone to eat here just because the employees don’t take care of the place the way they’re supposed to.

Horrible service drive an hour and a half to get nasty service. Never go to this place, very disappointed should be ashamed to have people like that working for your restaurant.

I must say at first I thought the food may not be “authentic” because it had a distinctive flavour. However, I still thought the food was pretty good. Gotta remember every part of guatemala puts their own signature to the dishes. Prices are reasonable as well.

Very clean and busy. Nice baked goods on display. Slight language barrier when ordering food. Order was wrong but it was fine. After some time a customer was able to translate. They apologize for not understanding my order. Food was delicious will try again.

Food it’s ok but they take too long to prepare your dinner, specially on busy times, not average time, when I say long it means too long. Bread is good, service as any other central American places, they need to improve customer service, they got comfort because their customers most are guatemalans so they dont complain about because the dont have many chocies.

Food is cooked to order and very good, but if you’re in a hurry, be aware that it may take 15- 20 minutes even if the place is nearly empty. Had the Churrasco, came with plantains, rice, refried black beans, cheese, a salad, and a pair of beautiful arepas (sp). Very satisfied.
