Be prepared to hang out for a while. I visited on a weekday. There was a line down the hall, but the food was worth the wait.

Food was ok, nothing special. Service was terrible and inattentive. Food is really slow to come out. The chicken tenderloin sandwich is not worth it. All in all, terrible experience and not worth coming back

I really don’t think five stars is enough damage. They ordered in the service that I got. What is the best way for me to start any morning of my life.

If you long for a classic diner with a charming small town feel, this is a winner! The menu offers an exceptional and creative list of pancake choices. Granted it’s the name of the place. I went with the Waffle Special. Always a fan of a special, the golden waffle was perfect, and served with an egg and I chose the bacon. Was just a great breakfast! Our server was friendly and kept the coffee refreshed. Prices are certainly fair and I look forward to trying the pancakes next time.

Unfortunately, I will not be going back to this restaurant. This morning it took us nearly an hour to get our food after we had ordered. They should not be seating customers if it’s going to take that long to bring the food out to the table. Once we got our food, the eggs had no seasoning, hash browns were plain, and everything was lacking flavor. Our waitress wasn’t very friendly either. Do not recommend!

Delicious pancakes!! I tried one of each of the buttermilk, sourdough, and grated potato. Hard to choose the favorite. The whipped butter is super tasty and generous serving. My new favorite restaurant in town.

We enjoyed eating breakfast here. The booths are comfortable and the menu is varied and extensive. My husband liked his oatmeal with pecans and raisins and bacon. I had the hearty buckwheat pancakes, a fried egg and some of the best bacon I’ve ever eaten! The service was quick and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable, especially for Edmonds, Washington. Highly recommend this cafe.

Plain but excellent. Best cream gravy in town!

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and it’s been consistently the best pancake closest to Seattle with such a wide variety of flavors and styles too. My favorite are the banana pancakes with the pineapple syrup.

Cozy, local, and traditional vibe. Great bacon and eggs, waffles are crispy and not overly sweet or soggy. Staff friendly and welcoming. Cozy breakfast spot and worth the trip from downtown Seattle to a see a traditional suburb pancake house for something a bit different. Due to their popularity on the Saturday morning we went, there was a somewhat long wait to get a table (25 mins).
