Food was just ok. The steak was very dry. The queso was super thick and not a normal consistency. The service was amazing though! The coworkers were busy with online orders and in store orders, but the line workers were on top of it and very easy to chat with. Now, onto the not so good stuff…the menu boards above the food were COATED in grease and dust and so we’re the duct vents and the wall behind/above the menu boards. I included photos to show.

Food tasted great, portions were a bit stingy specially when we paid for extra protein. Overall customer service can improve from what it seems a supervisor or manager (she was wearing a different shirt than everyone else). I brought an issue to her attention and she could care less. Asked kindly for an empty plate as I’m a bariatric patient and can’t eat a lot so I normally split meals with someone and she said she would have to charge me for the entire bowl which made no sense to me. I was willing to pay a couple of dollars for an empty plate but why would I pay an entire meal without actually getting it specifically when asked due to medical reasons. Anyways, food tasted amazing so would be back and just order to go.

Their serving sizes are half of what they used to be. Hardly a full scoop of anything. Burritos used to be loaded and busting at the corners once rolled and the bowls used to reach the top … I haven’t eaten this bowl at all and you can already see the bottom! Annoying!

For once the place was not as filthy as it usually is, but the food I was just served wasn’t fit for human consumption. The chicken was from the bottom of the pan, dried shards, and so old you couldn’t even chew it. This place is so poorly run I cannot believe it has stayed in business this long. Pathetic and gross. Not worthy of 1 star.

They have a great selection of items however they are known for there fresh pressed tortilla and that is to me a good reason to get a burrito over a bowel. Yes I know more carbs BUT come on it is fresh pressed in front of you. The other places like Moe’s do grill your burrito but the tortilla comes from a bag, no thanks I’d rather have one made fresh in front of me. Great options for meat and veggies

Even for being super busy during a dinner rush the employee that was making the burritos was super nice and we understood how busy it gets. This is a similar set up to Chipotle. I had the big burrito with chicken, rice, beans, and some pico de gallo. The burrito was very bland and lacked any flavor really. The chips and queso were actually the best part of the meal. The servers were relatively friendly and the restaurant appeared to be clean; but, the food just did not do anything for me. The sign outside said “fresh pressed tortillas.” They were freshly pressed but not freshly made. That is a no-go for me when it comes to Mexican cuisine. The prices were a little high, considering it is basically fast food with no waiter, remove your own trash, etc. I would not eat here again.

First time buying from this location. Don’t think I’ll be back for awhile. My tacos were soggy and the cold. I placed the order online and they still didn’t have it ready by the time I got there and had thrown away the receipt. I looked overworked, so I won’t be too brutal with the review. The cold and soggy tacos were just gross. I’ll give them a try after a few months since it could have just been a bad day.

They were quite rude. The employees had an attitude over a simple request for add ons. Then charged me for extra meat 3 times only ordered 2 burritos with extra meat. And the food wasn’t great. Would have been a different story if the food was phenomenal but service was terrible. Hands down the worst pancheros I have been to. Only recommend if you want terrible service, terrible food, and to be over charged.

Went to pancheros and most of the process was fine, but had this particular worker wrapping all of the burritos and tacos. She didn’t wrap a single burrito like they normally do she just rolled them up. She did this to the person in front of me who ended up wrapping his own. Here’s how my burrito turned out
